Our Educators

At Little Bee we pride ourselves on the consistency of education and care that we offer.
We run above the required educator to child ratio in each room throughout the morning,
this therefore allows for lunches to be covered by the room educator, rather than an external lunch cover staff.

Rostered hours of our educators remain the same each day, where start and finish times do not change, thus providing a safe and supportive environment for separation and transitions of children.

All of our educators  are committed to our Centre philosophy and are here to make your children feel safe, secure and enjoy themselves.

Our educators bring a diverse range of skills:
  • Bachelor of Education, specialising in early childhood education.
  • Diploma of Children's Services
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Advanced Diploma of Children's Services
  • Diploma of Nursing
  • Certificate IV in training and Assessment
  • Diploma of Management
  • Experience in working with children with additional needs
  • Experience in primary schooling, kindergartens, playgroups, family day care and centre based care

Educators are committed to furthering their skills and knowledge and undertake regular training. All of our educators have a current Working with Vulnerable People Check.

Little Bee now employs over 35 educators who are all dedicated to a career in the education and care sector.

At each centre we have a wall in the foyer dedicated to all our educator's profiles and qualifications.

Register an Expression of Interest and make an appointment to visit one of our centres.
